What is the difference between the Lite and Pro plan?

Great question. Depending on which plan you’re on you’ll be limited in the number of units you can manage. In Landlord Lite you can manage a maximum of 20 units (also known as suites or “doors”). In the Landlord Pro plan, you can manage as many units as you like.

How do I change my password?

Very simple. Log into the app and follow these steps: Click Settings in the top right of the screen. You’ll find yourself on the Account settings page. Scroll down to the password section at the bottom of the page. Change your password (passwords must be between 6 and 12 characters long) and then click Save changes.
