You’ll be prompted to add your first property as soon as you sign in to Renting Well for the first time. Our trusty wizard will walk you through the process of getting your property portfolio set up in just a handful of steps.

At any time while using the app you can click Properties in the main menu and hit the Add Property button right at the top of the page to add a new property to your portfolio.

You’ll notice that as well as basic information like the address, we also ask you for the purchase price, date of purchase, and mortgage down payment of your property (all are optional fields). We ask for this information in order to calculate some metrics that indicate the “financial health” of your property.
