There are three kinds of contacts in the app: tenants, past tenants, and contractors.

• When you add a tenant to a unit their contact information will automatically be available by clicking Contacts in the main menu. It’s handy when you just need to look up a tenant’s contact information based on which property and unit they’re in.
• The past tenants list exists simply as a way to contact tenants that used to rent from you. You’d be surprised how useful this can be.
• The contractors list is a simple directory of tradespeople (like a good plumber or a handy electrician) who you want be able to reach easily. You can attach basic contact information to their profile as well as notes.
