Once you’ve set up your property portfolio by putting your properties (and respective units) into the app, you can easily create a beautiful rental listing by following these steps:

• Click on Properties in the main menu.
• Choose the property you want to create a listing for.
• If it’s a multi-unit property then choose the unit from the list on the right. If it’s a single-unit property you can proceed to the next step.
• Choose Listing from the menu along the top of the page.
• Check the box that reads I would like to publish a listing to advertise this rental.
• Fill in the form below to include all the relevant information for your listing (e.g. availability date, monthly rent, photos, description, a list of amenities, etc.)
• Once the listing has been saved you’ll see an area at the top of the page with your listing’s unique link to share on social media and rental directories.
